Your Family Portal Account

Each family member receives a family portal account which they can access via our website, with select features available from our mobile app. Your primary parent or guardian account will be set up when you first apply for enrollment of your student. Additional family members can set up accounts after enrollment is complete.

Inside the Family Portal

The GCS Family Portal helps you stay informed about your student’s experience at Grace, as well as manage things like payments, lunch orders and re-enrollment. Log into the Family Portal anytime from our website.

School Information

Right at your fingertips, you’ll get quick access to school announcements, upcoming events and the school calendar. You’ll also resource documents like our handbooks, and important forms.

Student Information

Notably the most widely used section of our portal, the Student section allows parents, guardians and students to actively monitor and manage the student’s experience at Grace, including:

  • Grades: every assignment and grade posted weekly
  • Homework: detailed assignments for the entire week
  • Lesson Plans: follow along with what your student is learning
  • Report Cards: posted quarterly
  • Attendance: track absences and tardies, as excused and unexcused
  • Behavior: review any incidences recorded
  • Medical: confirm medical records on file
  • Grace Café: order lunch and breakfast for the upcoming week
  • Schedules: review your student’s class schedule

Family Information

The portal allows you to add, remove and edit authorized family members and their contact information. Use our Family Demographic Form to define who is listed as an emergency contact and who is permitted to pick your student up from school.

Apply / Enroll

Your student’s initial enrollment application is managed in the family portal, after which enrollment and annual re-enrollment also is completed here as well. You can save your progress and come back to finish enrollment at a later time.

Financial Management

Review your tuition payment plan and billing details, make a payment or set up automatic payments.
