Facilities & Equipment

Thanks to well-equipped production spaces from manufacturers like Allen and Heath, Panasonic, and Canon, as well as a computer network comprised of creative-friendly Apple computers, students are able to get relevant training using state-of-the-art industry equipment. Our full lineup includes professional equipment from Ross Video, Shure, Waves Soundgrid, RCF Audio, Dante Audio Networking, Chauvet Professional Lighting, Unilumin LED Video and Nevco Video Scoreboards.

Hands-On Experience

Weekly chapel services and Semi-annual drama productions offer great opportunities for students to use their skills to produce live events in-house. Students receive extensive training in areas such as Audio Engineering, Camera Operation, Video Switching, Live Streaming, Lighting, and Computer Graphics — all of which are skill sets utilized at school functions.

Students are provided with opportunities to serve on the Production Team at Grace Chapel Church, utilizing the sound and media production skills they learn at school. Our GCS students are credited for helping ensure a quality, distraction-free environment for worship services every Sunday morning.

Students experience the excitement of live-sports production with GCS’s new production capabilities at home sporting events. Our state-of-the-art audio, video, and lighting, support systems at Torgerson Gymnasium, as well as audio and video support systems at the Baseball and Soccer complexes, allow students to gain hands-on training and real-world experience in the field.
